Nidda German Topco GmbH is based in Germany and its business activities include the management of its own assets and the acquisition, sale, holding and management of investments in other companies with activities in the healthcare market. Nidda German Topco GmbH is the sole (indirect) shareholder of STADA Group (STADA Arzneimittel AG incl. its affiliates). STADA represents the only operating unit and takes the central position within the Nidda Group Germany.
STADA is a leading manufacturer of high-quality pharmaceuticals and health care products, assuming responsibility for its employees, society and the environment for over 125 years. With its products, STADA helps people to protect and regain a dignified and capable life – dedicated to its purpose: “Caring for people’s health as a trusted partner”.
